Project Control Services Inc managed the permitting, construction management, project budgeting, master schedule, medical and dental equipment coordination of  a new 20,000 square foot medical clinic providing primary and preventive care. Scope included re-purposing a former thrift store within an existing shopping center by adding patient exam rooms, offices, waiting room, break room and an exterior patio, as well as the addition of a new rear entrance, roof and minimal site work.
