Project Control Services Inc managed the permitting, construction management, project budgeting, master schedule, medical and dental equipment coordination of a 13,000sf,  OSHPD3 Medical Clinic. Marin Community Clinics provides a wide array of primary care, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, they provide vital heath services to more than 35,000 insured and uninsured patients annually in Marin County.  Project Control Services Inc teamed with Hedgpeth Architects of Santa Rosa CA and Villa Construction of Richmond, CA to successfully complete this project.
